Every 3rd Tuesday of the month join me online via Zoom, to get charting questions answered, ask questions regarding hormones or Fertility Awareness Methods, and learn more about yourself while being in a safe space creating community with like minded people. All charting methods welcome.

Come learn a holistic approach to hormonal/cyclical acne. In this workshop we will discuss three root causes of acne, skin microbiome, how our cycles and hormones can impact our skin, natural solutions, and how to choose cleaner products for your skin health. You will have the opportunity to try out natural botanical skin care products from the Gathered Botanicals line. Guests will leave with a skin health workbook, a freshly cleansed face(optional) and the knowledge to heal their skin.
